The Arcadia 14% UVB Dragon lamp is the most powerful HO-T5 reptile lamp in the world.
It has been made in Germany by experts to provide not only high quantities of UVB radiation but to also provide this energy without any limitation to the colour and quantity of visible light.
Available in 24W, 39W and 54W (22", 34" and 46" lengths).
The Arcadia Reptile Dragon lamp is a bold, white, full spectrum and VERY bright High Output T5 UVB projection lamp for captive reptiles.
The lamp represents an almost doubling of light (LUX) and has a CRI of over 95 which will enable you as the keeper to see your animal in all of its natural glory.
Upper index basking for a desert species is set at a massive 15 or 35-40cm from the reflected lamp to the animal back at the basking or shortest point.
Making this lamp simply perfect to be used in vivaria of 20/50cm high or more. It will also help greatly for those that use terraria with a mesh top.
Offering a significant increase in both visible light and UV output compared with T8 lamps of similar length.

This is the second time I have purchased this bulb for my bearded dragon. It does an amazing job and last for a long time. Others I tried would burn out after a couple months. ReptilesRuS sends quickly, never any problems, and always good price. Will order from them again when it’s time.

Dragon Lamp
Spike - our Bearded Dragon - seems to be very content. The light goes the entire length of the tank, so he has constant exposure to the UVB. Spike has pooped pretty well everyday since we brought him home two weeks ago, as well his actual colour pops under the light. To the extent that it is the Dragon Lamp doing this, then I would have to say it was a success! Keith, the man who sold me the light, was extremely friendly, patient with my children, and knowledgeable about reptiles. The service was excellent, and I would recommend newbie's to Beardies, purchase this light.... and the great part, the light only needs to be replaced once a year, so the upfront cost is worth it!
